"As with all Vex games, the game starts with a brief level map tutorial explaining the main game elements and some of your stickman’s signature moves. Every level comes with a set of achievements to complete, which will be displayed after your first run. This might involve a speedrun, collecting a certain number of coins, completing a level without dying, etc. Achieving the objectives will unlock an extra complex version of each level, which is hidden somewhere on the level map.
